Strict Quality Control of Production

Before the production, QC shall test the toughness, flatness, thickness of steel plates, and ensure plate size error is within the allowable range, surface is smooth and free from concave and burr.

 Then, workers shall fill in process card then will move to the following procedure of laser cutting .The workers will produce according to the operating instructions and drawings strictly to guarantee the accuracy of side cutting and punching,which the tolerance is within 0.1mm.

  The punching workers shall check sheet metal parts according to the operating instructions and drawings to make sure the qualified parts are to the procedure of punching.
